Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site or email us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, and the message you write. Please don't include sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers or government ID numbers in your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site running, secure it and fix problems.

• To provide our services if you become a client, and to keep reasonable business records.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse and security threats.

This website does not currently set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts on this site are served from our own hosting rather than a third party. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Our work page links to websites we have built for clients. Those sites are run by our clients and have their own privacy policies, which this policy does not cover.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable records of our conversations. If you become a client, we keep project records for the length of our work together and for as long afterwards as we need them for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

You can email us at info@sholtstudio.com at any time to ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us contacting you.

Depending on where you live (for example, in California, other US states, the UK or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights over your personal information. We will respond to valid requests within the time the law requires, and we will not treat you differently for making one.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, please email us and we will delete it.
